The SCC Care Ministry exists to help care for our church family through prayer, encouragement, meals, hospital visits, transportation, and practical support during difficult seasons. We desire to serve others with compassion, wisdom, and the love of Christ while helping ensure that no one walks through hardship alone.

Please note:

• This ministry does not provide financial assistance. Financial needs are handled directly through our Benevolence team. Please fill out this application instead, or call the church office for additional assistance.

• Transportation assistance is limited to needs within a 7-mile radius of the church campus.

• Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate availability, but our team will do its best to respond as quickly as possible. Please note that all requests must allow 24-48 hours for a response; weekends may also delay response time, so please plan ahead for needs.

• Sensitive information will be treated with care and discretion. Careministry cannot/should not ever assist or have involvement with private or banking information. The Care Ministry does not have medical training and cannot provide medical care or answer questions about medical needs.
